Privacy policy
Updated 20 September 2026
This page explains, in plain language, what personal data the otkachka.kz quick-order form and the app.otkachka.kz web app collect, why they are needed, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted. The data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and its Protection”.
1. Who processes the data
The personal data operator is TODO: full company name (TOO/IP) and BIN/IIN.
Address: TODO: registered address. Email: TODO: contact address, e.g. info@otkachka.kz. WhatsApp: +7 778 975 31 54.
2. What we collect
In the quick-order form on the site — only what you type yourself:
- your phone number;
- the address the truck should come to;
- the tank size you selected;
- the language of the page you ordered from, and the time you sent it.
In the form we do not ask for your name, documents or payment details, and there is no sign-up. The request is stored the moment you press the button — before WhatsApp opens.
The web app at app.otkachka.kz, where the whole order is placed online, additionally processes:
- the coordinates of the pickup point you place on the map, and its address — section 3 covers this in detail;
- your name, if you give one: the field is optional, it simply lets the driver address you by name;
- your phone number and the confirmation code from the SMS — without them the order cannot be tied to you, nor its status shown to you;
- your orders in the app: address, tank size, price, status and time.
Payment details are not processed here either: you pay the driver in cash on the spot.
If you then continue the conversation in WhatsApp, the text of that message (phone, address, tank size) reaches WhatsApp and is also processed under that service's own rules, which are outside our control.
3. Geolocation and the map
The web app shows a map so that you can place a pin where the truck should come. When the map opens, the browser asks for permission to use your location — only so that the map can be centred on you straight away. The permission is optional: if you decline it, or simply never answer, the map opens on the centre of Almaty and you can move the pin by hand — the order works in exactly the same way. You can withdraw the permission at any time in your browser settings.
What we store is not your location as such, but the coordinates of the point you chose as the pickup address: they are what the price is calculated from, what the nearest available truck is matched against, and what the driver navigates to. That point need not be where you are standing right now — you place it yourself.
While the order is being carried out we show you the location of the truck on the map. Your own movement is not tracked: the app never asks for your location in the background and keeps no history of where you have been.
To turn the pin into a readable address and to draw the map itself, the coordinates and the map tiles are requested from OpenStreetMap (Nominatim and its tile servers). Those requests go straight from your browser and carry no name, phone number or order number.
4. Why we collect it
To call you back, confirm the details and carry out the job: to find the nearest available truck of the right size and pass the address to its driver. Aggregated, anonymous statistics (how many requests, from which districts, which tank sizes) are used to plan the work and are not tied to any individual.
In the web app your number is also what you sign in with: the confirmation code is sent to it, and the order is tied to it so that you can follow its status and the truck on the map.
We do not use your number for marketing or mailing lists.
5. On what legal basis
On your consent, which you give by pressing the form's submit button. Consent is voluntary: the job cannot be done without a phone number and an address, but you are always free not to submit the form and to call or message us directly instead.
In the web app you give that consent by pressing the button that requests the confirmation code. The location permission is separate and optional — see section 3.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time — see section 9.
6. Where and how long it is kept
Requests are stored on a server located in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the personal data law requires. Only the staff who take and dispatch orders have access to them.
Retention period: TODO: period, e.g. “no longer than 12 months from the request date”. After that the request is deleted.
7. Who the data is shared with
The address and phone number go to the dispatcher and to the driver carrying out your order — without that no truck arrives. In addition, when you use the map in the web app, the coordinates of the pin go to the OpenStreetMap map services, as described in section 3. Nobody else: we do not sell or pass data to third parties for advertising. Disclosure to state authorities is possible only on grounds expressly provided by law.
8. Analytics, cookies and data in your browser
The site uses no web analytics: visits are not tracked, no advertising identifiers are collected, and nothing is linked to your request. There are no third-party advertising trackers on the site.
The web app itself keeps in the storage of your browser (localStorage) what it needs so that you do not have to confirm your number on every visit: the session key, your phone number and name, and the language you chose. This stays on your device, is not sent anywhere by itself, and disappears when you clear the data of the site in your browser settings.
9. Your rights
At any time you may:
- find out what data about you we hold;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- ask for the request to be deleted.
Write to TODO: contact address, or message WhatsApp +7 778 975 31 54 from the number given in the request. We reply within TODO: response time, e.g. “3 business days”.
10. Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, the new version appears on this same page and the date at the top is updated. Please check it before submitting the form if it has been a while.
