The platform automatically matches you with the nearest available truck of the right capacity. Less total mileage means less fuel and time on the road for the driver — and a lower price for you than standard city-wide rates. The price is calculated dynamically, from the actual round-trip distance to you — not a flat rate per district.
Geo-search matches you with a free truck near you — not whoever picks up the phone first. Less waiting, less mileage, lower price.
The price is calculated from septic tank volume and distance, and shown before you confirm the order. No haggling and no add-on fees on arrival.
Pay the driver in cash once the job is done — or by card in the mobile app. Two-way ratings keep service quality in check.

Septic tank pumping and cesspit pumping both mean removing household wastewater from a holding tank or pit when a property isn't connected to the central sewer. The job is done by a 10–25 t vacuum truck: we pull up to the tank access hatch or pit, pump out the wastewater, and haul it to an approved discharge site. Ordering online at otkachka.kz skips the classified-ad phone calls and on-site haggling — you drop a pin on the map right on the site, a truck is matched automatically, and the price is known upfront.
For private houses and cottages with their own septic tank — within Almaty and in the surrounding suburbs. Frequency depends on tank volume and household size; the truck is matched to the volume you need so you're not paying for extra trips.
For properties with no septic tank, where wastewater collects directly in a cesspit — private-sector housing, dachas and dacha communities around Almaty. The truck empties the pit completely, including settled sludge at the bottom, and hauls it to a discharge site.
Every district of Almaty (Bostandyk, Medeu, Almaly, Auezov, Turksib, Zhetysu, Nauryzbay, Alatau) and the surrounding dacha communities. The nearest available truck is matched automatically to your pin on the map.
